La solastalgia es la sensación de ansiedad que nace de la situación ecológica actual. Se parece bastante al concepto "ecoansiedad". Durante años mi preocupación por los temas de la ecología a escala global eran más teóricos que emocionales, como si fuera un fumador adolescente que sabe que va a pagar con una bronquitis crónica o un enfisema a los 60, pero que le da igual porque no tiene integrada la idea de que vaya a ser viejo. Ahora ha cambiado. El miedo es real, los
incendios, la crisis de materiales, el colapso que viene y la posibilidad cada vez más cercana del auge de totalitarismos ecofascistas. Saber que no hay esperanza de mantener este nivel de vida y que lo único que podemos hacer es colaborar para
sobrevivir al colapso en comunidades de apoyo mutuo. Saber que ni siquiera estamos haciendo eso. Escuchar atentamente lo que dicen expertos como Turiel o Taibo y ver que no importa lo que la razón y la física diga, que el crecimiento imparable debe continuar para mantener vivo su culto a la muerte. Saber que estamos jodidos y que encima los pedazos de mierda nos exijan comprar coches
